DESCRIPTION

These Crystal Glass Tea Infuser Bottles, with their Copper Gold Lid and selection of gemstones, elevate the tea-drinking experience with a touch of luxury and elegance.

Each bottle is crafted with high-quality borosilicate glass, known for its durability and resistance to thermal shock. Plus, with a separate chamber for the gemstones, they will not come into contact with the liquid, allowing for easy cleaning and the ability to switch out the stones for a different type.

According to belief, the gemstones will infuse their energy into the tea, creating a one-of-a-kind experience. Choose between Rose Quartz, Onyx, Amethyst, Red Jasper, and Rose Quartz loose crystals for an added touch of personalization.

DESPATCH TIMES 

We aim for 1-2 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 3-4 working days,

UK Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch. ( please bear in mind there may be a slight delay with royal mail especially during the current situation) so please allow upto 7 working days for delivery.

If Courier Express Service shipping option is chosen then orders once dispatched  are delivered the next working day with APC.

Shipping depends on the total weight.

  • - Larger items(over 1kg) will be shipped via courier APC at the standard courier shipping rate.  Some fragile mosaic items and silver jewellery of higher value will be shipped via  courier.
  •  - Small parcels are sent with whistl ( passed onto Yodel)  on a 48hr tracked service.
  • - Shipping times given are after despatch of the order, not the day of placing.
  • - Small parcel are the following size - Max L 45cm. x W 35cm. x D 16cm, if the package exceeds this then the shopping cart will charge for courier delivery (£4.99)
  • We also have a Courier Express Service  which is for same day dispatch of your order if placed before 1pm ( Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) for a additional  £3.00. Please note this does not guarantee next day delivery.
  • Deliveries to EU countries - Customs fees / taxes may be applicable when the goods arrive to the receivers country, this is payable by the receiver. 

If orders are refused at the customs due to non payment of said fees then the order will be refunded for the item only.

We are not currently shipping to international zones outside of the EU.
BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES - We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK. Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.

RETURNS

Damaged/Faulty items

In the event of an item arriving damaged, contact must be made to ourselves via email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and we will advise whether a return is necessary. We request photographic evidence of all damages wherever possible (excluding silver jewellery), rather than a return. If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item in writing (by post, by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page on the website). Please note we will offer a refund for any faulty items instead of a replacement for orders overseas.


Incorrect items received

If by mistake we supply you with an incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days.


Unwanted items

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us in writing (either by post, by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page on the website) within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Before returning any items, you must inform us of the reason for the return. Please quote your original order number (starting with AWD) on all returns and correspondence.

In the event of an item returned to us not arriving, you will be asked to provide tracking details (where applicable) or a receipt of proof of postage.

We advise that customers return items of high value (£15 or more) a return signed for second class.

If an item(s) is returned to us without any written communication, and not in line with our returns procedure, Clumzy.co.uk will not compensate for any transport costs involved.
