30 Day Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the item.
You can cancel for any reason, including a change of mind, and receive a full refund.
The Item must not be used and still in a saleable brand new condition in the original unopened packaging.
Refund of the Purchase Price
If you cancel your order within the cooling-off period (30 days), we will refund the cost of the item, including the standard delivery charge (if applicable).
Please ensure original packaging is sufficient when returning your items. Items must not be used, opened and still sealed in the original packing.
Photographic proof is required.
Change of mind items are returned at your own cost.
Return Shipping Costs
If you want to return your order within the 30 days, Please complete the return via the returns portal where our returns address is shown, you will be responsible for the return logistics and cost.
We will cover the cost of the return and send a collection label for any damaged items for peace of mind.

Condition of Item
You are expected to return the item in the same condition it was received, in original packing, unused.
Furniture that has been removed from packaging, and/or part built are not eligible for return.
If there is any damage to any parts of furniture, contact us for replacement parts to be sent out.
Large Items
Damaged Large Items may take longer to collect due to the nature of a 2 person pickup. Please allow 5 working days to receive confirmation of collection, we may need to contact you via email/text/WhatsApp to arrange a suitable day for the collection.
The 30 day policy only applies if the item has not been used and in its original unopened packaging.
To return an unused large item that is a change of mind purchase, please return to the return address specified in the returns portal at your own cost.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Faulty or Damaged Goods:In the unlikely event the item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, you have the right to return it and receive a full refund, including the cost of return postage.
Please contact us within 1 working day of receiving the item if found to be faulty or damaged. If found to be damaged in transit, refuse the goods and contact us for a full refund or replacement.
Once we are notified the refused items are at our returns depot we will issue a full refund.
How to process a Return?
Contact us at contact@clumzy.co.uk with your order number and details about why you would like to return the order.
We aim to process the refund within 2-3 working days. We will either instruct a collection (See above), or send you a label for you to send to your local courier company or provide an address for change of mind returns.
Order Cancellation before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a refund.
Contact us via contact@clumzy.co.uk to have your order cancelled immediately.
Please provide the order details, including order number, receiver's name and/or email address.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
In the event the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and refunded, once received, please go through the refund process and a refund will be issued.
Wasted Deliveries
Tracked Orders that require the customer to sign (usually DHL), will send an email to the email address used in the purchase. Customers are able to change the scheduled delivery date before the delivery if the date does not suit. Please follow the couriers instruction email.
The 1st delivery (2 attempts) is free of charge,
DHL or the courier service will attempt two deliveries where the customer was not able to sign for the package, the item will be shipped back to the warehouse and counted as a wasted delivery and there will be a charge of £20 to ship out again to the same address.
If the order is cancelled after the 2nd failed delivery attempt then unfortunately we will charge a £20 restocking fee to compensate the failed delivery.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at contact@clumzy.co.uk within 48 hours so we can quickly process your return.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us, but we aim to process the refund as soon as the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Please Note:
Furniture that requires assembly cannot be returned if opened and/or part assembled. However, during assembly if any part is found damaged or missing, we can offer replacement parts.
Please contact us as soon as possible with details from the assembly instructions to arrange the replacements within 2 days of receiving the product so we can resolve promptly.
