DESCRIPTION
This charming piece features a magnificent flying egret over a sweeping field of reeds, captured in an uncommon image by the talented artist Ohara Koson in the early 1920s/30s. As a member of the shin-hanga movement, Koson made his mark as a Japanese painter and woodblock print designer during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Against the dark backdrop, the striking contrast between the white and deep orange birds makes for a truly stunning sight. Give it as a thank-you or birthday card, or add it to your lovely collection of art!
This is a high-quality 14x14cm greeting card, digitally printed on 300g premium board. It comes unpackaged with a recycled kraft fleck envelope.
This card has a blank inside.
